The trailer for HIT: The 3rd Case was officially launched, showcasing actor Nani in a markedly intense role. The film, directed by Sailesh Kolanu and produced under Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions, continues the HIT franchise with a new storyline centred on a child abduction case and a police officer’s pursuit of justice.

Nani plays Arjun Sarkaar, a police officer introduced with a defining principle: a criminal has only two destinations — a 10-foot cell or a 6-foot grave. The trailer opens with the kidnapping of a nine-month-old baby, prompting Sarkaar to lead the investigation. What follows is a series of events that take the officer deeper into the criminal underworld, where he responds with aggressive methods.

The trailer also offers a glimpse of Arjun’s personal life, contrasting his violent approach on the job with a quieter, more restrained demeanor off-duty. Srinidhi Shetty appears as the female lead opposite Nani.

The film is the third in director Sailesh Kolanu’s crime-thriller series that began in 2020. The new chapter aims to explore moral dilemmas in law enforcement while maintaining a fast-paced investigative narrative. Cinematographer Sanu John Varghese handles the visuals, and the trailer features a dark, moody palette in line with the tone of the story. With Karthika Srinivas as the editor, the other members of the technical crew include – the production design is led by Sri Nagendra Tangala, Mickey J Meyer has composed the background score, including the track ‘Abki Baar’, which is used prominently in the trailer.

The Hindi version of HIT: The 3rd Case will be presented by Aditya Bhatia of Adwise Movies, with distribution in North India managed by Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd. The film is slated to release in cinemas on May 1.
