CID 2 Fame Hrishikesh Pandey Admits He’s More Judgemental About Himself

Actor Hrishikesh Pandey, who is currently seen in C.I.D 2, says that he doesn’t let others’ judgments or opinions affect his decisions—something that’s especially important when you’re constantly in the public eye. He believes this mindset has helped him stay firm in his career choices.

“If not an actor, I don’t know what I would have been because I’ve never really thought about anything else. Whatever you do, in any field—not just in ours—you’re always judged by others. There will always be people trying to pull you down. But it doesn’t really matter as long as I am determined to my work. Honestly, I don’t really care about what people think, as long as I’m not doing anything wrong or hurting anyone. I live by my own principles and follow my own set of guidelines.”

“As long as you’re strong, focused, and determined, you’ll keep moving forward,” he says. He further adds, “I’m usually judging myself more than anyone else. I keep asking myself—am I doing this right? Should I have done it differently? So yes, I think I’m more judgmental about myself than the people around me.”

When it comes to staying grounded, Hrishikesh keeps it simple. “It’s actually very simple—live a simple life and you’ll always stay grounded. You need to understand that whatever you do for a living—whether you’re a doctor, engineer, actor, or lawyer—it’s just a profession. At the end of the day, we are all human beings doing our part. And once that part is over, you come back home as yourself, not as the character you played. That realization is important.”

He adds, “Don’t take things too seriously. I never have. I live my life like everyone else. I do regular things. And I believe that’s very important. So, despite the popularity, nothing really changes.”
