Rohit Purohit and Samridhii Shukla are currently leading the show. They play Abhira and Armaan respectively. Their love story is adorable and fans love them as Abhimaan. However, their love story has witnessed major ups and downs. With Ruhi’s surrogacy track, fans are expecting that Armaan and Abhira’s love story will suffer. In a recent interview, Samridhii Shukla spoke about her character Abhira and shared views on getting side-lined.
In an interview with entertainment news channel Bollywood Spy, Samridhii Shukla of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was asked about her character Abhira getting side-lined amid Ruhi’s surrogacy drama. To this, the actress said that fans shouldn’t feel bad as this is a story and an angle has to be created to keep the show going. She said, “Abhi situation aisi ayi toh nahi hai, aage kya hoga mujhe nahi pata. Yeh kahaani hai, kuch na kuch toh hota hi rahega. Don’t feel bad, Abhira ki life mein bhi ache times ayenge.” She added that it might be need for the story and that is why it is happening. “Don’t feel so bad, I hope better times bhi ayenge,” is what she said.
It was Abhira who convinced Armaan (Rohit Purohit) that Ruhi (Garvita Sadhwani) can be the surrogate mother of their child. Armaan was against it as he believed that it will bring a major change in family dynamics. Post Rohit Poddar’s death, Ruhi is all lonely. She now seems to be getting jealous of Armaan and Abhira’s bond. In today’s episode, fans got to see Ruhi dreaming of Armaan. In her dream, Armaan says that he will take care and support her. He even hugs and kisses her on her forehead. This leaves Ruhi shocked. Will Ruhi’s feelings for Armaan resurface after this dream?
