Allu Arjun is a pan-India superstar now thanks to the stupendous success of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Released on Dec 4, 2024, the Sukumar directional has grossed Rs 400+ crore worldwide in just two days. It is now Allu Arjun’s highest-grossing movie by a big margin and the eighth-highest-grossing Telugu movie of all time. Pushpa 2 is here to rule the box office. It is expected to shatter almost every Indian box office record in the coming days. Pushpa 2: The Rule (Rs 400+ crore)

The second installment in the Pushpa film series and the sequel to the 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise, this mass action drama has started its box office journey on a solid note. On its first day, the film grossed Rs 294 Cr worldwide. Pushpa 2: The Rule is expected to earn at least Rs 1500 crores worldwide.

Pushpa: The Rise (Rs 365 crore)

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa: The Rise stars Allu Arjun as a daily wage worker who went on to become the boss of the smuggling syndicate of red sandalwood. Also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and Rao Ramesh among others, the movie received immense appreciation from viewers.

Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (Rs 260 crore)

Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is considered one of the best movies of Allu Arjun’s career. Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this romantic drama movie also stars Pooja Hegde, Tabu, and Murali Sharma among others. Sarrainodu (Rs 126 crore)

Released in 2016, Sarrainodu established Allu Arun as the biggest star of the Telugu film industry. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, this action masala flick also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Catherine Tresa, Srikanth, and Aadhi Pinisetty.

DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham (Rs 116 crore)

Despite mixed reviews, DJ starring Allu Arjun, and Pooja Hegde went on to gross Rs 100 crore worldwide. The viewers appreciated the movie for Arjun’s performance, humor, and cinematography, but criticized it for its writing. The song Seetimaar was a big hit and was later re-used in Salman Khan’s film Radhe.

Race Gurram (Rs 103 crore)

Race Guraam is an action-comedy movie starring Allu Arjun and Shruti Hasaan in lead roles. Directed by Surender Reddy, this mass entertainer garnered a positive response from viewers and critics. It was Arjun’s first movie to gross Rs 100 crore worldwide.
